We’re Blake and Shelby Swihart, the couple behind Haven Dreamscapes.

 

The heart behind Haven was shaped through a season of heartbreak, healing, and hope. After experiencing the loss of our baby through miscarriage, the meaning of haven became deeply personal to us — representing the peace of Christ and inspiring our belief that home should carry that same sense of peace.

 

Throughout Blake’s professional baseball career, our family lived in different places across the country, growing our appreciation for the beauty of home and the feeling a space can create. Along the way, we fell in love with many styles of design, but more importantly, we learned that home is sacred — where everyday moments quietly shape our lives.

As we raise our three boys, we design with real life in mind: spaces for laughter, gathering, creativity, rest, and meaningful connection. Together, we approach each project with a balance of functionality, intention, and soft, layered beauty that creates a sense of haven within the home.
